Remove the swivel part from the floor jack.

Get your hands on a cheap floor jack.
This is most easily done by using a pair of snap ring pliers.
Place the transmission jack under the transmission and then take a socket wrench and remove the support nut the cross member and the rear support insulator from the rear engine.

15 b with the help of an assistant hold the transmission steady on the jack and move the jack back and away from the engine just slightly so that the transmission separates from the engine then slowly lower the jack.
Remove the 13mm bolt from the center of the crossmember that goes into the transmission mount bracket.
